What is EDUCHIEVE™?
EDUCHIEVE™ is a comprehensive assessment and curriculum data application designed to assist superintendents, administrators, and educators in making informed instructional decisions to close student achievement gaps. EDUCHIEVE™ is a database management program for state test results, formative benchmark assessments, standards, local pacing guides, and an electronic lesson plan book.

For what type of users is EDUCHIEVE™ designed?
EDUCHIEVE™ is specifically designed to assist superintendents, central office staff, school-based administrators, and teachers.

Can EDUCHIEVE™ help me predict my Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) sub-groups?
Yes. The program allows teachers and administrators to readily identify which students are meeting AYP standards.

Can EDUCHIEVE™ monitor individual student growth?
Yes. You can target student-level data to identify individual student strengths and weaknesses within a category/strand as well as a specific skill per teacher, per class period.

Can EDUCHIEVE™ help me measure learning gains?
Yes. You can easily identify students who have made learning gains per standard/skills. Likewise, you can use the program to identify declining student performance per standard/skill.

Can EDUCHIEVE™ provide cohort as well as longitudinal data?
Yes. The program can analyze assessment data gathered at the same time over a period of years. This analysis can be multidimensional: an educator can analyze the performance of a single student, all students of one teacher, all students in a certain grade level, or an entire district. In addition, EDUCHIEVE™ can analyze cohort data — the information that teachers can most readily use to help their students, and principals can use to focus NCLB professional development for their teachers.

Can EDUCHIEVE™ specify standards or skills on which students need my help?
Yes. EDUCHIEVE™ lets you easily identify student skill proficiencies and their specific levels of mastery. It also enables the teacher to quickly identify “bubble students” and/or “cusp students.” Users can also gain insight into overall as well as category/strand summary data.

Can EDUCHIEVE™ track student performance by categories/strands or standards?
Yes. The program provides the ability to analyze assessment results by individual standards as well as category/strand summary data.

What if I want to include student tracking data not included in state tracking data?
This is easily done with “user codes,” specific to your needs, that are built into the program. For example, if you want to identify how students in after school programs did compared with students not in such programs, adding a user code is as easy as clicking a button.

Yes. EDUCHIEVE™ is designed to accommodate a wide variety of assessment data formats. EDUCHIEVE™ is tab-delimited and thus readily available for importing into other programs.

How do I pay for EDUCHIEVE™?

What is an EDUCHIEVE™ licensure?
EDUCHIEVE™ is sold on a one-year subscription basis per site.

Does the entire district need to purchase EDUCHIEVE™?
No. Individual schools may purchase it. However, it is more cost effective if purchased for a number of sites.

How do I get upgrades for EDUCHIEVE™?
From time to time, software upgrades are provided to our subscribers; these may be downloaded from our website.

What about student mobility between schools?
EDUCHIEVE™ contains specially designed export and import processes that allow the continued tracking of students even when they transfer from one school in your district to another.

Is there a maintenance fee for the program?
No. The subscription price is inclusive.

Are there additional fees for technical support?
There are no technical support fees. Technical support is unlimited for each EDUCHIEVE™ site licensure.

Is there a limit to the number of benchmark assessments?
No. However, there may be additional costs associated with additional student scan sheets.

How do I obtain student scan sheets?
Ordering can be done online, via the phone, fax, or by e-mail.

Are the scan sheets pre-slugged?
Yes. To control pricing, our staff pre-slug student information right in our office, or school personnel can pre-slug student answer documents on-site. All that school staff need to do is provide student demographic data.
